Directions

Our office is located at 469 Centerville Road, Suite 201, Warwick, RI 02886. If using GPS, use 765 Commonwealth Avenue, Warwick RI and follow Parking Lot instructions below.

From 95 South: take Exit 10B, Route 117 West, West Warwick. Follow exit ramp as it curves right and merges onto Route 117 West. Be sure to stay in right lane because at first stoplight, turn right onto Commonwealth Avenue. First driveway on the right is entrance to our office building parking lot. Follow Parking Lot instructions below.

From 95 North:  take Exit 10, Route 117. On exit ramp, get into left lane. At stoplight at end of exit ramp, turn left on Route 117 West. At first stoplight, turn right onto Commonwealth Ave.

Parking Lot Instructions:

When entering parking lot, on your right will be a row of reserved parking spaces. Continue past reserved parking spaces, park in any space down the hill. Then walk up the hill to awning with “469”, reserved parking spaces will be on your right. First office door on the right after entering under the awning is Aletheia Counseling Ministries’ door.  This door is kept locked so knock or call (401) 525-1448. As an alternative, you have the option to continue walking down breezeway to second door on right for Parmlee, Poirier & Associates and wait in reception area. We will be with you shortly. Please note if you have a handicapped parking permit, please park in the handicapped spaces next to reserved spaces.
